Holiday rentals in Lower Whitley

This is a great property in a really well located village, convenient for people wanting to walk either the Pennine Way or trace the route of the Kinder Trespass. The village has lots going on for its size, with shops, pubs and restaurant. The property itself is spacious and well- laid out - each bedroom was big, and the master bedroom is huge! Downstairs there is a large lounge, dining room and kitchen with everything you might need. Very good place to stay.

An amazing find! We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children and our only complaint was that we didn’t want to leave. Hosts were communicative before our stay and answered any questions we had. The house was clean and really beautiful. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked with lovely toiletries. The living room has a huge TV which is perfect for a rainy day. Beds all very comfortable and wifi good. The garden pod was well-equipped and comfortable. The hot tub was fab and robes were available for everyone. I’d recommend bringing flip flops and a torch if you’re getting in and out at night. We’re animal lovers so being ‘on the farm’ was brilliant. We can’t say enough about Gary the farmer who checks in twice a day for the animals - he was so friendly and patient with the children, plus he had loads of local recommendations. Overall just a top guy - thank you Gary! Best summed up by my niece calling it ‘the best place ever!’ - we will be back. 😊

An excellent few nights at this wonderful home. All we needed for a few relaxing nights away and a trip to Alton towers ! Pictures don’t do it justice, it is wonderful. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Had a lovely time at Shaun’s place, easy to check in and was perfect for the dogs, and a toddler whilst attending a nearby agility show. Would definitely rebook!

A beautiful cozy apartment at an affordable price, just minutes from Old Trafford, absolutely awesome. Efe was very communicative and prompt with his response, I’ll definitely be back next season and will also recommend for others, especially fellow United fans.

Great place to stay, everything was clear and as described. Good value, having parking was a great benefit. Kobi and Becky were responding to messages quickly. Great stay.

Loved the place! Got it last minute for a spontaneous trip, really glad this is the one we picked! Super comfortable location wise, close to key hikes in Peak District, accurate description:)

Overall had a lovely stay, had only one extremely minor issues with the dishwasher, but was honestly no problem at all (Hence the 5 stars!). Nice and private, rarely if ever bothered by passers by or ramblers. Nice amenities in the lodge, and hot tub was lovely. Parking was a little tight, but nice to have our own space while visiting. Honestly had a fab stay!
