Private Basement Apartment near Middleburg, PA

Welcome to Snyder Co., PA! Our basement apartment has 1 queen bed & 1 bathroom. (Air mattress available upon request, for additional 2 people) The basement is all one open area, with a private bathroom. It is a shared house with our family of 5, but the apartment has its own private entrance and no shared spaces. Since the apartment is in the basement of the house where we live with our 3 children, you will hear footsteps and noises. PLEASE DO NOT book if that will be a problem for you!

Located on Pennsylvania 2018 River of the Year Loyalsock Creek, this little cottage is a gem! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened porch as you listen to the sound of the creek and the birds. Located in the heart of downtown Hughesville, this 2nd floor apartment features exposed wooden beams, refurnished vintage furniture, and some slightly uneven floors. :) This small town feel which we truly love is conducive to relaxing and appreciating the nearby natural surroundings. The local area provides opportunity for hiking, cross country skiing, fishing, kayaking, etc. Free street parking!

Secluded A-Frame Cabin

Unique A-frame cabin in private setting. Loft bedroom upstairs and open floor plan on ground floor. Large wrap around deck with covered area for grilling or just hanging out. Great place to take it easy and get away from it all. Wood Stove is the only source of heat. If you need some guideance on how to use the stove I'd be happy to meet up and give you a crash course. Wood for heating cabin is provided. Campfire ring with some wood provided also.
