Truly appreciated our stay in Luanda at Leonid’s place. We were pleasantly surprised by the size, much bigger than expected, and even more so by the pool outside, which wasn’t necessarily advertised when looking for a place to stay. The place was also clean both on the inside and outside. Leonid was very open and even allowed a visit before the stay, moreover, very good at communicating and being responsive to fix small issues/problems that came up in the house during our stay. It is in a residential area, which is rather quiet and secure. We also appreciated the maintenance staff that was available to help, as needed. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s planning a stay in Luanda.

My family and I had a very positive experience with this company, we found that the property was exactly as described and the images of the property displayed on the website was also very accurate. When we arrived we found that the pool was not usable due to some issues, however this issue was resolved the very next day. (The swimming pool is clean and well maintained although we didn’t get to use it much due to other activities we planned) The management team were very responsive and also contacted us from time to time making sure that everything was working properly within the property. (We felt welcomed and at home at all times) They have an amazing cleaning lady who cleans the property every couple of days she does her job very well and is polite , they also have a security guard in front of the building at night. (Which made us feel extra safe) Overall we are glad we chose this property to spend our time in Luanda and we would definitely use their services for our next visit.

A gorgeous house with a fantastic pool and excellent wifi coverage. I booked this house for me and my family so that we can spend Christmas altogether and in luxury. Florinda was extremely flexible and able to accommodate all our requests. I hope to stay again in the near future. The pool is excellent and well maintained. The house is spacious, all rooms have en suites and the TV area and couch is extremely comfortable. None of my family wanted to leave!

Abdul’s place is in a great location, walkable to good restaurants, one of the safest ones in Luanda. The place is cozy and has all you would need - and is definitely a bargain for the location. Most importantly, Abdul is a great host, super responsive and super flexible. He and his assistant Francisco were ready to support us with a late check in and check out, which was extremely helpful for us. Thank you, Abdul and Francisco!

I had a short but pleasant stay at this T1 apartment in Luanda. It truly felt like a home away from home, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable experience. The location is very convenient, close to a major crossroad, making it easy to navigate the city. While the proximity to the crossroad does make it a bit noisy at times, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a cozy and practical place to stay in Luanda!

In terms of cost vs benefit and expectation vs reality, the house meets expectations from cost, description and illustrative images that are very real. I liked the stay and especially the organization of the house. Mrs. Patrícia is very attentive, polite and courtesy😊. I highly recommend it.

The house is beautiful and spacious. As it is in the photos is how the house is literally in person. Where the house is inserted is 4/5 but the general location is 5/5, super close to the current airport - 4 de fevereiro. I was there for 3 days and I didn’t enjoy the most of the house, but it have a swimming pool, gym, barbeque grill, etc. A group of family or friends will love it. At the check in someone will be there for you. The owners of the house are excellent and friendly, very attentive 10/10. Anything just contact them

I recently stayed at this charming 3-bedroom villa, and it was truly a fantastic experience! The villa was beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Each bedroom was spacious, well-appointed, and offered plenty of natural light, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the living areas were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space was a highlight — we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and making use of the private pool, which was clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent, offering peace and privacy while still being conveniently close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The place was wonderful, secluded but on top of restaurants bars banks all close by the fact the flat was immaculate very clean and tidy and the host. Abdul was an absolute diamond to me. He helped me with taxis where to go and just stay on hand to help with anything that I neededI would recommend this place to anybody to visit.
