Devin was a great & polite host! I stayed for 3 nights during the Thanksgiving holiday since he couldn’t come home. Devin was very accommodating & responded quickly. The Penthouse is extremely roomy & comfortable! The views are immaculate and the space has great cooking utensils. Water & snacks are provided as well as Netflix & Prime. There is a dart & pool table for enjoyment and me and my son went a few rounds & that was a nice experience. The balcony is also extremely large and wraps around the entire townhome space!

Very clean room(germaphobe here ) comfortable bed too. Shower drained slow so if you take very hot showers it’ll make your room humid for a little while. Had mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, extra towels & more neatly in the room with you! Would Highly recommend !

This house was super well stocked and in a great location. I would definitely consider renting again.

We were in Lubbock for our daughter’s graduation, so it was a short 2 night stay. There were 6 of us and we were so comfortable. The home is brand new, the furniture is clean, comfortable, new and beautiful. The home smelled and looked so clean. We were super comfortable. They even had a Christmas tree and decorated mantel, which was such a nice touch for this time of year. Highly recommend this home.

House was very nice did have a little electric problems with electricity and water pressure in showers other than that house was great

Beautifully updated place -- gorgeous kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms -- everything! We had fun playing basketball and putt putt golf in the backyard. Location only a block away from Texas Tech. Host must've missed our message before we came, though was very kind & responsive when we were there. Fantastic stay overall!

Very nice modern home with plenty of room. The outdoor areas are very inviting. The office space was perfect for anyone needing to work some while on vacation! The nearby school playground was great for kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clay's townhouse. We were visiting Lubbock for my daughter's graduation ceremony at Texas Tech. We wanted a place near the campus that was clean and had plenty of room for three people. We also wanted a place that had style and felt comfortable. The townhouse was everything we wanted and more. And Clay was very responsive! He proactively sent instructions for check-in and was quick to answer my questions. We will definitely stay her again when we return to Lubbock.

The place exceeded expectations. Lynn was extremely responsive for any questions I had. Check-in was easy as well as checkout process. Place was extremely clean and was perfect location for nearby family. Loved the snacks, coffee and small details like shampoo and soap provided. Park was close-by for dog walks multiple times per day. Would highly recommend!!
