This unique apartment occupies the attic of a historic building, which is part of the rural buildings. Guests have 80 sq m at their disposal with a separate entrance. The apartment includes a large living room with a children's corner, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a large table and a bathroom. Upon request, we provide a historic cellar where you can spend a pleasant evening by the fireplace and a glass of wine. Please let us know if you would like to use the basement after booking or upon arrival.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a hot tub and sauna. The accommodation consists of a dressing room and laundry room, equipped with a washing machine as well as an iron and a toilet at the entrance. Then a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen ( oven, dishwasher...), a living area with a sofa bed and a TV. Upstairs, an open mezzanine, serving as a bedroom with a bathroom.

Near the property there is a playground and one shop😊 Bars and restaurants are located in nearby towns (Brenno, Lgiń, Wieleń, Boszkowo, Włoszakowice) Zaborowiec is a typical Polish village, it offers a perfect place to relax, walk, go boating... get away from the urban climate. Forests, meadows, lakes. I highly recommend it.
