In the living room there is a folding table that can accommodate up to 6 people, a large TV with cable TV access and a bookcase. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 people.

Świdnica is an old city with an interesting history and many monumets (old marketplace, cathedral and church of peace (UNESCO Worldheritage). There are also several nice hikingroutes and interesting destinations close to Świdnica (old castles, mountains and other).

The house is moored in front of a small marina, which is located in a village on the 275th kilometer of the Oder River in Uraz, 20 km from Wrocław. The marina is quiet and peaceful. The marina has a pizzeria, a fish fryer and a bar overlooking the water. The rental price includes a rowboat or kayak with a small electric motor for communication with the mainland. Important!! There is no access from the land side. Check-in by motor boat or kayak.
