Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lucoli

This was incredible place. Right in the centre of town, close to many restaurants. The apartment was very clean, quiet and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The host was very responsive and had excellent suggestions.

If you want to experience comfortable and modern accommodations in the heart of a crumbling, centuries-old village in one of the less touristed parts of Italy, then this is a perfect location. The apartment is on the lower level, so there is less natural light, but it is clean and full of modern amenities. It is small but easily accommodated two couples. The apartment is a minute or two walk from the local bar. There are not really any shops or restaurants in the village, but a 15 minute walk to the base of the town, down a street lined with tall cypress trees will bring you to the village bakery which also stocks a few other food items. Ofena was significantly damaged in the 2009 earthquake that devastated the nearby city of L’Aquila, so many of the buildings are damaged and a considerable amount of restoration is underway resulting in some areas being closed off and a fair bit of noisy construction when we were there.

We booked for one night due to the proximity to the Ovindoli ski resort (30 min) but, even if for a short time, everything was perfect. Luigi was very helpful and very kind, in addition to allowing us to arrive after midnight, he made us find a gem of a house. Clean, equipped with every comfort, very comfortable bed and breakfast ready for the next morning. What can I say, it felt like home, we'll definitely be back if we need to.

I stayed in this house in L'Aquila recently and was completely satisfied. The location is perfect: it is close to the bus terminal and at the edge of the historic center, making getting around extremely easy. All the amenities described in the listing were present and well-functioning, which made the stay very comfortable. Nearby there is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants, comfortable for those who do not want to go too far to eat or shop. The location of the house is a real strong point: it is located next to the Arch of Porta Bazzano, allowing you to start exploring the old part of the city directly on foot. I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit L'Aquila!

Due to the flu status of my wife and son we spent most days in the house and not on the ski slopes as we would have liked. However, we had a great time. The apartment is exactly as described, cozy, quiet and clean. The owner was kind and helpful. The location is strategic if you want to go skiing in Campo Felice or Ovindoli. I highly recommend the location if you want to spend quiet days and go skiing. Rocca di Mezzo is a small village that doesn't offer much else. There are restaurants - good - and some shops, but in general it feels like you're out of time...

Luca is a responsive, friendly and gracious host. The house manual he has there is amazing-comprehensive and easy to read, includes information about the house, the area and suggested attractions. The place is spacious, pretty and has all the amenities one could need, including anything necessary for people traveling with small children. The bed is comfortable and there are ample towels. I happened to be there when it was in the mid 90's Fahrenheit, so the lack of air conditioning made the temperatures inside uncomfortable. The lack of A/C is standard in the town, the locals seem used to it and it is only hot in July, but worth noting if one is sensitive to heat, it can be an issue. There was a small issue upon arrival with the hot water, but it was fixed immediately- the host has caretakers who live right across the street. It is a 5 star place with a 5 star host.

Paolo’s place is absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The home is clean and cozy. We loved our stay with our fur babies. The home had everything you need for a nice stay. Paolo was always responsive, assisted us with everything. We absolutely recommend this place! The views are spectacular! Book it to enjoy the local experiences of Scanno. 🤗🙏

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day in the house and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went in Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the majella park and there are already many trails. Also the location is not bad because it is halfway between the eagle area and the Pescara area. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant is 10 minutes away. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

Definitively a beautiful city and staying at Bernardino’s meant a comfortable plus to our visit to Rieti, we will come back with no doubt!

I found the house in great condition. The property has everything you need and was very clean. Valeria was always responsive in her messages and provided all the necessary directions and information. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at Kristina's place for a weekend with friends and it was a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, beautiful, and equipped with everything we needed: absolutely nothing was missing. The view is simply beautiful, it accompanied us at all times of the day making the stay even more special. A special thank you also goes to the neighbors, Luigi and Ivana, very kind and welcoming people who made us feel really welcome. Kristina was super helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

Federica's accommodation is in a beautiful location in the heart of Pescasseroli and is equipped with any comfort it has been renovated with great care. You can see that it is a house lived with Love. I had a very good time

Great location for the station. Manuela was very kind and in the house there was everything you could need. The house was then warm to the WiFi, it worked properly.

Stefano is particularly friendly, communicates quickly and clearly. The apartment is very lovingly decorated with a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed and great white cotton bedding. A second bedroom is located on the upper floor and is also very nice. This is two bathrooms and a large living room with built-in kitchen. Everything wonderful!

Excellent house, beautiful location. The very thing is, if you are looking for peace, tranquility and coziness. Among the disadvantages: you need to go by train (10 minutes) for groceries, you can't buy anything on the spot or walk. Trains run about every 40 minutes during the day, in the evening once an hour. In this case, the hostess provides snacks, coffee, tea, and milk. That's great! And if you take the train, you will get to a small, cozy and insanely beautiful town where you will find everything you need.

What an amazing place! You find yourself in a beautiful villa, surrounded by a well groomed garden with pond with lilies and jumping cute frogs. I stayed in the attic, but Felice and his brother and dad completely renovated and modernised the place. It’s very comfortable, you have your own kitchen with everything you need, huge bathroom and bedroom. And my car was parked on the property. Hosts are very friendly, respectful and respond to all inquiries. Will definitely come back! Thank you, Felice!

Delightful apartment A Rocca di Mezzo, 10 minutes from the slopes (specifically Campo Felice, but I also imagine Ovindoli). Wide availability of parking a few steps from the accommodation, very quiet area and warm apartment. Clear and quick host in the provisions. I recommend 10/10

Being at Giorgio's house is like being at home, but with the possibility of a breathtaking view and a fireplace that would warm all hearts. Giorgio is an impeccable and super helpful host. We will definitely stay again.

One of the most beautiful and comfortable homes I've ever been to. Enviable location, perfect for a weekend in the mountains with the family.
