The Sachsenhof is a dream of a house, winding, well maintained and lovingly equipped with antique furniture and decor, without looking overloaded. I felt right at home. I had a nice conversation with Silvia and learned the interesting history of the house. Comfortable and friendly! We were allowed to spend three wonderful days in this little castle – and it was simply magical. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and from the first moment we felt completely comfortable. The entire property exudes a special atmosphere – lovingly restored, with an eye for every little detail. The decor is tasteful, charming and chosen with so much love that you immediately feel at home. Our room was cozy, stylish and clean – a real retreat to relax in. The area is very green and also the small lake can be reached on foot superbly and quickly. 🤩 Everywhere you can feel how much passion has been put into it. It's the perfect place to unwind, get inspired and just unplug. We take many nice memories with us and will be happy to come back! Regards Martha

The former country-style estate has a cozy charm and the apartment is very detailed and thoughtfully furnished, you immediately feel comfortable. Optionally, one can book the breakfast buffet in the house, where there is something for everyone. Communication was super straightforward, you can also communicate with the landlords via mobile phone and they are directly on site if you need anything. Each apartment has its own parking space, we were even able to occupy 2 spots, as the other apartments were not fully booked. Since the yard is in the middle of a residential area, there is also plenty of street parking available. Price/performance is great here, we would always love to come again!

Spent a night here during a bike trip. Very nicely decorated and cozy. Also pleasant is the self check-in via key box, as I arrived very late.

We stayed there for one night, I have never seen such a beautiful and detail-loving apartment! There's something new to discover in every corner that enchants you. From the garden to the entrance and the design of the rooms, everything was perfect. We will be happy to come back. ❣️

We were very happy with the place. The rooms are very nice and clean. The environment is very quiet. We particularly liked the fact that there are many excursion destinations in the surrounding area, so we never got bored. Also, Stefanie was very nice and she was a great host. I'm sure we'll be back!

We are already looking forward to the next stay. We were received in a very friendly manner. Although we booked at very short notice, everything was prepared for us and the baby bed was already set up with its own huge towel for our 10-month-old daughter. Everything was very inviting, clean and thoughtful. The atmosphere in the entire house is just great. Absolutely recommended even with small children.

Great place, very quiet, spacious, clean, with plenty of walks nearby. Nice garden with space for a dog to run around. Roger is very friendly and easy to communicate with. Recommended!

We spent a couple fantastic and magical days in Wittmoldt Gut. Phillip and Mareike were very sweet and accomodating. They made sure we didnt miss a single thing. From charging the car, to being able to warm up our meals. The surroundings are calm and beautiful. Borrowing their little boat and taking a trip on the lake was one of the highlights of the stay. Will definitely visit again and recommend to anyone who's interested.

We were a group of 5 people traveling together and we really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and open. An earlier check-in was flexibly possible. The rooms themselves were very clean and all beds made/towels laid out. We liked using the shared living and dining room with coffee maker and fridge. It was also possible to borrow existing games and books. All in all a great place to stay - gladly come again. 😇🫱🏼‍🫲🏿

We lived with 4 adults and 3 small children (0, 1, 2) in Villa Kunterbunt. The grounds and the house are unique and beautifully located. The adjacent farm cafe is cute and the breakfast buffet offered is highly recommended. The equipment is - as listed - bright but everything essential is available and in an acceptable condition. We were received in a friendly manner and will be back. The double beds are particularly noteworthy. These were extremely comfortable and we are all often used to worse from other apartments. Baby bed and high chairs were already ready. Also a super service!

Great location, very idyllic, terrace overlooking meadows and horses

Very relaxed, quiet and atmospherically dense place to stay. We were warmly welcomed and were allowed to make the property our own and travel in time. Breakfast in the conservatory, then with a book from the library to the meadow and linger in the evening with candlesticks in the back room. In addition, lovingly furnished rooms and a lot of historical backgrounds of Frauke and her family. A nice place and not the last visit!

Were as a family of 4 in this beautiful apartment. Super stay, delicious breakfast. All locations in Warnemünde are within walking distance as the location is close to the old stream. Recommendation!
