The 80m² apartment is located on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. Lake Schwerin is a few minutes' walk away and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with private entrance consists of a large living/bedroom area with adjoining kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is plenty of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Additional mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without icebox) and an electric cooker with an oven. The car can be parked in the in-house yard. As a rule, the regular bus runs hourly into the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used with agreement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with the agreement of the landlord.

Quiet city apartment

The flat is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house. It is very spacious and, despite being close to the centre, absolutely quiet. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. The old clay walls create a natural indoor climate, but they do require special ventilation rules that the tenant must adhere to. From October to April, ventilation may only take place in accordance with the 'burst ventilation' principle (approx. 10 minutes of cross ventilation in the morning and in the evening). There is no TV.

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open timber-framed walls and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Holiday apartment to rent on Lake Ziegelaußensee in Schwerin, with a water view, in an ecologically renovated house. The apartment, which measures 20 m² in total, offers a well-equipped kitchenette, a wooden bunk bed with two sleeping places, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The lake and the forest are perfect for walks, the cultural sites in the town centre can be reached on foot (30 minutes) or by bus, and there are shopping facilities nearby.

The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.
