The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Casa Il Frantoio

Old oil mill completely renovated in green building in 2014 and transformed into a cozy rustic-style house with a private garden. Completely independent, in the historical center of the medieval village of Lugnano in Teverina (Umbria). You can walk to the village, which is served by a grocery store, restaurant, and bar. The municipal swimming pool is a short walk from the house. Lugnano in Teverina is in the Tiber Valley, an area rich in history and nature.

The rooms are on the first floor of an ancient stone farmhouse. In the park, among sunny rustic meadows and corners immersed in the shade of oaks, you will find a pond with a waterfall, the kingdom of our exotic ducks. The area is home to Pedro and Nina, two African dwarf goats, and Mela, the Sardinian donkey. The open pool with a large solarium is equipped with water heating and a telescopic glass cover that allows it to be used all year round.
