Everything was fine. Our questions about things to do or anything else were always well answered. The facility is very well maintained and the house has everything you need to cook and linger there. The pool was our highlight Everything is very charmingly furnished and lovingly designed.

We had a fantastic time at Ivan's cottage for two weeks. It is in a great location on top of the hill between the vineyards. The views both day and night are fantastic. Ivan is also a wonderful host. Responds very quickly and thinks along and comes up with fun things. For example, we even had a BBQ and wine tasting with our family. Super cozy. I think we'll definitely visit again. Highly recommended if you like peace and privacy. Nearby also nice trips possible. Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini, Venice and Florence is all good to do in a day.

Everything’s fine. Only problem was the mosquito, I think is normal in this time of year.

Christina and her husband warmly welcomed us. Really very likeable people. The apartment is very well equipped and very cozy. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We had a great stay.

great stay. There was a high chair,colors and games for my 2-year-old. Very well-stocked kitchen and the owner was very thoughtful and helpful. Quiet location but close to the sea and all areas of interest. Very comfortable private parking. Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay here. Beautiful countryside views and a very well maintained property. Thanks to Marco and Elisa for great communication throughout our stay. We used taxis to get around, and the local firms were reliable. We used the trains to get to Bologna and Ravenna easily. Recommend great pizza at Il Faro and we had a lovely dinner at Osteria del Tiatro in Imola. Will be back!

We spent almost two weeks in a beautiful place. The villa is spacious and very well equipped. Surrounded by a nice park, a large pool, and a great place to relax. Shops, patiseries, pizzerias, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Very quick to get to Ravenna. Thank you very much Loredana and Giorgio for providing us with a very pleasant stay. We would love to return to this place.

We had the privilege of staying 4 weeks at Eleonora's Mazzino villa during our parental leave. Wow. It's a beautiful property and you are as disconnected as you want to be. Eleonora was responsive and overly kind in making us feel welcome – After a series of mishaps at Bologna airport including big delays and lost luggage, I hope that she never has to stay up late for incoming visitors again. The local community, Tredozio, is quaint. We found its weekly Tuesday market and meat/fruit shops to be great to add to our shopping at the larger Modigliana's supermarket. The pool area was serene for reading and working out with reliable WiFi; we loved running the local roads (except no go on Sundays with the hunters). Kitchen is well-stocked with gear and the stove works well. Bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor gave our group the ability to hang out or get some off time. Heads up: The roads are a bit nauseating and being in the country you will hang out with bugs. My overall memories: A+++

Super helpful landlord. We were always able to keep in touch by phone. Very nice and super clean room. It is a stone's throw from Bologna, you can get there comfortably in 10 minutes. We'll definitely be back!

Nicely designed space and free peaking nearby. Good location for exploring San Marino, Rimini and Ravenna

Very large, comfortable, clean and in a quiet area. Mrs. Fedora is extremely helpful, kind and proactive, meeting us for check-in needs. Very satisfied with the stay.

The residence is in a clean, quiet, and safe neighbourhood, with decent parking outside and a tight parking space inside (be careful if you're driving a large vehicle) which is gated. Neighbours are respectful and the street is lined up with trees, with a school at the back although you barely hear them. Medicina is an excellent location to drive to different places in the Reggio Emilia region, especially towards the coast & around 40 mins from Bologna airport. You can do a few good runs in the area with lovely countryside not too far away - just be wary of the cars on Via Sillaro when running. There's a lovely bedroom upstairs but we didn't use it as we used the two bedrooms adjacent to each other. The place was spotless and excellently kept (I believe it had a recent renovation too). The beds are great too, with highly comfortable mattresses and pillows. We spent 5 nights and are highly appreciative of the lovely experience, including from the host (Diana) herself.

After needing a last minute place due to a previous hosts last minute cancellation, we were so glad we found this beautiful accommodation. It was such a refreshing change to have a Airbnb that felt like it was someone’s home that was loved. The host was super friendly and helped us with check in/check out, and had any questions we had answered about the surrounding area. Highly recommend

Our stay in Patrick's apartment was perfect for our 3 nights in Ravenna. It is located in an excellent location, so close to everything yet lovely and quiet at night, with plenty of restaurants a short stroll away. When we're next in Ravenna we will definitely stay again!

The host is very welcoming. We need the detergent. The heater stopped at night. It was handled the next day.

Good place, location and price

We were so lovingly received and the time of our arrival from Milan was updated again especially for us. The place was so wonderfully large, bright, clean, modern and chic. Very conveniently located on foot and by car. Very good air conditioning! The landlords gave us many discounts for Bagnio, food activities. Bed linens, soap, towels, shampoo were available like a very good hotel. The kitchen is fantastically equipped. Supermarket, restaurants, beach all immediately within walking distance. We were very happy there and would love to live there forever.

Arriving only for one night, Filippo very kindly showed me the house, which was very clean, with fragrant sheets, quiet, offering a good rest even if very close to the center (5/10 minutes' walk) there was also coffee and tea, a coffee maker and a bottle of water on our arrival. We loved Mauro and Fiorella's place very much. The apartment was thoroughly clean. It is located in a quiet part of Cesenatica, about 8 minutes walk from the beach. There are also bikes available for use that are older, but can be used for shorter distances. The apartment was very well equipped, great wifi connection. The kids also used the garden - we also highlight the nice neighbours who had no problem when the ball ended up in their garden. There are shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Parking in May on the street no problem. The communication with the landlords was very good and seamless. We can definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you, we had a great rest and would love to come next time.

Paolo's home is a little gem. We had a great time, a stone's throw from the center and all the monuments. I'd say perfect. 100% recommended

Daniele Alberto's house is very clean, equipped with everything that is essential, very suitable for a family with children and in a very quiet and peaceful environment but a short walk from the street where you can find the main shops. Bikes are available, maybe not brand new, but more than enough for those who have to move within the town. The rooms are comfortable, especially the double room, and they darken completely for those who have problems with the light. The garden allows children to play in a safe and secure place. We stayed in the house in April so the town was very quiet but it was just what we were looking for. There's probably a lot more movement in summer, but the house should still be in a quiet place. The sea and the lagoon are really close, as are the valleys of Comacchio (20 minutes away) and the city of Ravenna.
