Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med närhet till naturen, skogen och havet. Finns möjlighet till utomhusaktiviteter under alla årstider. På hösten kan ni ta del av naturens läckerheter, bär och svamp finns att plocka i skogen. Naturskyddsområde med naturstig är beläget knappt 1 km promenad från gäststugan. Grillplats finns vid strandkanten där ni kan tillreda en måltid till vågskvalp och fågelkvitter. 14 km till Luleå centrum. Vedeldad kamin finns i stugan. Bastun är vedeldad.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Besök havsbad, mysigt sommarkafé eller gårdsbutik i närheten under sommartid. Vintertid finns hundspann inte långt ifrån huset. A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.

Fridfullt och mysigt boende vid vägs ände, havet nästa. Goda möjligheter till att se Norrsken, utebelysningen går att släcka ner helt om man inte vill få ljuskällor som stör utsikten mot himlen. Tillgång till vedeldad bastu. Kamin inomhus för mys. Skogen i direkt närhet för exempelvis skogskidturer eller vandring på hösten. Rikt djurliv med möjlighet att bland annat se vilda däggdjur och rovfåglar. Sommartid kan två kajaker hyras.
