Welcome to a cosy 50 m² apartment on the basement level with access to a shared wooden terrace and a lovely view. The apartment has two bedrooms with two 90-cm beds in each. Please note that the bedrooms have no windows, which provides a dark and quiet sleeping environment. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and bathroom with shower/WC. Only 800 m to Lapptjärn with a bathing jetty and sauna to rent via Storklinten. Bed linen/towels are available for hire (SEK 200, pre-book at least five days in advance) and final cleaning can be pre-booked for SEK 1,100.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for relaxation, fun and nature experiences. This is OUR holiday resort both in summer and winter, and therefore we can highly recommend it to others as well. We often spend a lot of time outside. In summer you can play badminton, pick berries, join crayfish fishing in the Råneelven river in August, or climb in one of Sweden's best climbing fields, the MTV wall, just a few minutes away. In the winter you can go skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling, before relaxing inside in the warmth of the sauna.

Storklinten Ski Lodge

This charming cottage offers a warm atmosphere with modern decor, wood paneling and a crackling fireplace that creates a genuine mountain feeling. Here you live with nature as a neighbor, just a stone's throw from both well-prepared ski trails and exciting slalom slopes. The cabin accommodates the whole family with several bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area where today's adventures can be shared over a good dinner. After a day in the snow, you can relax in the sauna or curl up on the couch with a blanket and a movie.

The balcony faces the ski area. Step on the skis and go into the slopes from the other side of the road where the forest loop turns down. 150 from the fishing lake Lapptjärn. Newly-built cottage in beautiful location

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

A few hundred meters to, among other things, the beach and illuminated walking trail.
