Holiday rentals with a pool in Lumbarda

Meine Frau und ich waren mit zwei weiteren Paaren Gäste in der Unterkunft. Smiljana und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und haben uns unterstützt, wie etwa beim Grillen, oder auch Ratschlägen für die Umgebung. Wenn wir etwas benötigten haben sie umgehend darauf reagiert. Bei einem deutlich längerem und lautem Abend unsererseits zeigte sich Smiljana nachsichtig und verständnisvoll. Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden.

the owner Ivana was in permanent contact with us to fulfill extra wishes and to inform us about local activities. The support was extra ordinary and the location superb (quiet, no visible neighbors, 3 mins per pedes to the beach which was a lonely bay). One word: perfect!

We travel extensively and this villa was one of the best! The photos don’t do it justice. Fabulous view, great spot to have a bbq and eat outside. We loved the access to the sea water… which was pristine! Our villa link Maja was great, very responsive and helpful. This is away from the touristy part of the island (we didn’t hear many other English voices)… which we loved. There are not loads of restaurants in the vicinity but lots of little supermarkets. Worth a drive to vela Luka to reach the bigger Tommy supermarket which had everything. There is an excellent resort in Prizba,where we hired boats, paddle boards and did an excellent 3 hr diving course.The property is close to amazing vine yards (I’d really recommend Toreta). Fabulous restaurants we tried were Alberto’s and Cerin which were fairer price wise than many.Should point out that we were very shocked w Croatian restaurant prices which were generally ridiculous and higher than London.Not the villas issue though! It was perfect

Great view, pool and outside space. Easy walk to Great restaurant and good location for Jelsa, Stari Grad and Hvar. Rajka very helpful and generous, great recommendation for boat hire and house very well equipped. Thank you.

We didnt want to leave!!! We are already recommending this lovely little find to friends and family and we will definitely be back. We booked last minute and Maja could not have been anymore accommodating and helpful. The villa was everything we could have wished for . Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing only 5 minute walk to the harbour and restaurants and 15 minutes to the beach. We rented a boat for the day to explore the islands and rented bikes for a day and cycled over to Jesla which was a delight. Hvar town is only 30mins taxi ride away . we spent wonderful days at oxaland. it is an enchanting place and everything was just perfect, there is nothing we missed. oxa and her husband are wonderful people who do everything for the good of their guests. we can only recommend this magical place, the danger is - that we will come again! thank you oxa for everything!!! 100% top!! oliver and family

Jelica ist ein perfekter Host, extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns persönlich an der Fähre abgeholt, uns zum Appartment begleitet. Als besondere Überraschung war der Kühlschrank mit einer tollen damaltinischen Jause und kaltem Bier gefüllt! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, ruhigen Urlaub in einer der schönsten Buchen Korčulas. Das Appartement ist top und hat eine großartige Terrasse.

Piękne i spokojne miejsce, cisza i bezpieczeństwo. Nocą piękne widoki nieba oraz sen na tarasie. Dobre miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie wyspy. Posiadłość spełniła nasze oczekiwania. Dziękujemy Fani.

Appartement tout confort, idéalement situé, à 2 minutes à pied de l’entrée du parc national de Mljet et à 10-15 minutes à pied des 2 lacs. Terrasse agréable avec vue sur mer. Petit conseil pour les budgets serrés, privilégiez de prendre une pizza au restaurant juste en dessous du logement (qui est aussi tenu par l’hôte), plutôt que de tenter de manger un burger au restaurant d’à côté (affreusement cher et particulièrement immangeable).

Can’t fault the apartment, location or hosts. Could have happily stayed longer. Loved it.

Vi var tre par som åkte med varandra och huset var verkligen helt perfekt för att kunna umgås hela gänget. Värden var otroligt lätt att kommunicera med och svarade snabbt på frågor som dök upp. Boendets läge var fantastiskt och låg verkligen intill stranden, hela bukten var dessutom väldigt vacker och badvänlig.

This was the highlight of our week in Croatia. The photos did not do justice to how lovely the apartment is. In a nice quiet location yet only a short walk to the old town. Well equipped for cooking plus smart TV and of the course the bonus of a pool. The hosts Branko & Miljano are just wonderful people and helped us out when our ferry was cancelled on our last day. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to others.

Апартаменты на 3 этаже. С террасы вид прямо на море и Корчулу. Рядом есть ресторанчик , где можно и позавтракать и обедать и ужинать. Пляж в 150 м ( 2 минуты идти) на кухне есть все для готовки.но хотело бы чтоб была соль и сахар ))

We had a great stay at villa Anita as a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. 4 bedrooms (bathroom en suite for each!) with fantastic views overlooking the sea, great pool and spacious communal area. The host Ivan was very responsive and welcoming, speaking German (almost) on a native level. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The only two things that could be improved are the couch in the living room - way to small to seat everyone and uncomfortable - and the BBQ which is in a separate dark hut and therewith not very tempting to use. Thanks for hosting us, we had a wonderful time!

As a group of 8 people this location was perfect. Everything was spotless and as advertised. We loved the balconies and pool area. The sea is super close and the coast is very inviting for some evening strolls. Would totally recommend a car because the village is a little remote. Tanja was super friendly and helpful. The whole stay was a total 10/10. Hoping on coming back someday.
