The house is 4 minutes from the sea. The beautiful beach of Rimigliano is very close and a few minutes' drive away you can reach the Gulf of Baratti. Many attractions in the area: medieval villages (Campiglia, Suvereto, Populonia), amusement parks, the Calidario thermal baths, the Cecina water park. The house is a semi-detached house and, with its large private garden, it is an oasis of relaxation, you can eat outside. The interior spaces are spacious and bright. The stay will be a calm interlude.

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

A 5-minute walk to the center and 10 to the main supermarkets, this apartment is suitable for those who want to have amenities at their fingertips while having their own privacy. The apartment is spacious, bright, cool and ventilated making even the hottest days bearable, it is equipped with an air conditioner in the entrance and fans in the rooms. The bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated. We warmly welcome dogs accustomed to cats, cats and humans well educated by the latter.

Relax here with your family. Our hillside location allows you to spend your holidays in the peace of the countryside and reach very characteristic beaches and villages in a few minutes. Our apartment accommodates a maximum of five people and consists of a large bedroom that accommodates a double bed and a single bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a very spacious kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The outdoor space is spacious and equipped to enjoy your holidays.

The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

The guest house overlooks the garden 30 metres from the pool. A large shaded veranda with dining table and a large relaxation corner with sofas. Upon entering we have another dining corner and a large living room dominated by the large fireplace. Kitchen with everything and bathroom with separate shower. A children's bedroom with bunk bed and a double bedroom with a large walk-in closet. Completely renovated, the apartment includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

50mq three-rooms apartment in Venturina Terme with independent entrance. It's composed by: a bedroom with queensize bed, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and kitchen. Suitable for four adults or family with two children. The natural spring and the thermal baths are reachable by foot. Gulf of Baratti, Rimigliano and Sterpaia parks, Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima are near the apartment. My accomodation is perfect for travel-workers, couples and families.

It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.
