The accommodation is located in a quiet, older neighborhood a few minutes' walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports ground, etc. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Sliding doors facing the garden and patio provide an extra room spring and summer. Trampoline for the children. Good wifi. Parking in the area (SEK 9/hour during the day, no charge on Sundays).

Swedish Logcabin, with a role model from the United States. Please note: winterised and heated. Sit on the porch and consider our Japandi Garden and Koi fishes in the pond. Cook, sit and enjoy, or sleep well in a nice and peaceful environment. Please feel free to use our entire garden. There is a very good Italian restaurant in the village. Closed on Mondays. Good transport links. Note: The railway is close by, which can be disruptive to those who are light sleepers. Smoking in the cabin and on the property is prohibited due to fire risk!

Central Lund, newly renovated open-plan loft apartment.

The flat is located in the city centre, close to the university, the Botanical Gardens, grocery stores and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used, we open up each bedroom based on guests' booking and specific request. Living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom are always included. Washing machine available in the apartment. There is an additional laundry room in the basement, which can be accessed via the garden on the left-hand side of the house – as seen from the garden.

Miniflat with private entrance

Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the centre. We provide bicycles for our guests- so you can discover Lund like a native!

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides around 50 litres, which is equivalent to a roughly 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.
