Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

You will find the charm of the ceiling beams and the stone floor that we wanted to keep. The studio has a mezzanine, including a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm and in the living room a sofa bed offering 2 additional places. Lunel is ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier, 20 minutes from the beaches.
