Dear future guests, Welcome to our stunning duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (first-floor flat). Located a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the train station, I hope this accommodation will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style and convenience. Please note: there is a beam at the level of the bedroom at 1.70 m.

Small house in the heart of nature

Small house attached to our farmhouse. You can enjoy your nature stay in complete autonomy where the fauna and flora are still well preserved (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canoeing...). 15 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit, 10 minutes from the Lurcy-Lévis circuit. You will find all amenities 10 minutes away. You will have access to the garden where you can meet our dog and our two cats who complete the family. Possibility to park motorcycle or karting in our garage.

Surrounded by a pretty flower garden in which you can finally spend a stay away from the tumults of the city, while keeping a quick access to all the amenities 4 km away, our stone house is located 300 m from the vineyard. Cosy Village House – Walks, Culture & Nature

This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). No wifi or television, but peace, relaxation and board games to enjoy life in a different way.

4-person gîte with garden in Tronçais Forest

At the gates of the largest oak forest in Europe, 20 minutes from the A71, we welcome you to this chalet surrounded by the Tronçais forest, classified as a remarkable forest in 2018. Ideally located a 3-minute walk from the village and less than a 10-minute walk from the Tronçais pond (leisure center with beach, supervised swimming, canoe rental, pedal boats, paddle...) you will have multiple possibilities for activities as soon as you leave the cottage!

Quiet house in the countryside with a large lot. There is a small pond with carp (they love bread) Shops (supermarket, restaurants...) 5 km away with the street art city. Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

Ideally located 1.5 km from the Lurcy-Lévis motor circuit, 30 minutes from Magny-cours, 2.5 hours from Paris and only 10 minutes from our magnificent Tronçais forest, which is one of the most beautiful forest massifs in France. Quiet townhouse, located close to Street Art City and the car circuit. You will have the opportunity to fish and walk around the communal pond, which has playgrounds for children and adults. Close to Lurcy-Lévis, the circuit and Street-art, on the edge of the Chemin de Compostelle, the Refuge welcomes you with an open equipped kitchen in a living room, two bedrooms, toilet and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. Terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking in private courtyard that can accommodate your vehicles as well as car door. Meals can be offered by reservation through our caterer.

In the heart of Lurcy-Lévis, come and enjoy a fully equipped apartment that was refurbished in June 2024. It is located close to the circuit and Street Art City, close to Tronçais Forest and 25 minutes from Magny-Cours Circuit. Local shops and services are a 5-minute walk away. Supermarket and gas station are 2 min drive. The apartment "le 96", adjoining, can be rented to offer additional beds.
