Quiet house in the countryside with a large lot. There is a small pond with carp (they love bread) Shops (supermarket, restaurants...) 5 km away with the street art city. Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

Nice house in the village center.

House in a beautiful village. Ideally located 1.5 km from the Lurcy-Lévis motor circuit, 30 minutes from Magny-cours, 2.5 hours from Paris and only 10 minutes from our magnificent Tronçais forest, which is one of the most beautiful forest massifs in France. You can also enjoy the many ponds located near our village: Goule, Pirot, Saint Bonnet, Saloup. You can also get to Le Pal amusement park in less than 1 hour. Street Art City Tour
