Ground floor: spacious dining room with fully fitted large kitchen and access to terrace, equipped with BBQ. A cozy living room with a double fireplace, from which you have a view of the swimming pool. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and laundry room. Upper floor: two bedrooms (one double bed and one with two beds) and a bathroom.

The house is very comfortable with 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen (slicer, Thermomix TM6…) The place is extremely quiet with a distant neighborhood without disturbance, please also respect the tranquility of the village, especially in the evening.

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
