Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Located about 1,5 km within walking distance from Lindesnes lighthouse (you see the lighthouse from the garden). 2 min walk to the sea with a lovely archipelago. Great hiking opportunities nearby. Possibility to borrow a boat (15 feet) with 25 hp (the tenant pays for gasoline + 2%o oil, see other information) and a canoe upon agreement. The house is furnished with modern kitchen and has throughout good standards. Small, warm garden with large terrace and nice view to the sea.

Exclusive treetop cabin undisturbed in beautiful nature. Only 15 kilometers from Kristiansand city center. Here you can sit and listen to nature and when the evening comes, only the moon and the stars will light up for you! Get in touch with nature again at this unforgettable accommodation. The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Developed/renovated cottage in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. Must row over a small water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish trout in the water or be lucky to see the osprey soaring over the water. Is eagle's nest not far from the cabin. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping quarters have windows so you can see out in nature when you are in bed. Warranty for relaxation! We are thinking about renting to housekeepers a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

Welcome to us! Funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a beautiful view of the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance area. Part of the outdoor area is still under construction.
