Fin liten og lun uteplass til og kose seg på. Kun 5 minutters gange til Flekkefjord sentrum og alti senteret. Det er også i nærheten av restauranter og kultur/friluftstilbud. Særdeles allsidig eiendom som passer supert til enslige,par,vennepar og barnefamilier. Kan også passe til arbeidere. Sengetøy ligger klart,men må legges på selv.

Hytta ligger helt ved vannet, det følger to kanoer med og det er også en solid robåt. Badstuen som ligger ved brygga kan bestilles om ønskelig. Fri parkering ca 150 meter fra hytta. Fin fisk i vannet, trenger ikke fiskekort.

Right outside there is a sauna with a magic view.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Funkishus med jakuzi. Ny oppusset. Egen brygge

Vi leier ut vårt funkishus i Viga, i Spind. Huset er bygget i 2018, og har høy standard. I førsteetasje er det gang, vaskerom, tv-stue med sovesofa, bad, og tre soverom som alle er møblert med 2 enkeltsenger. I andreetasje er det et stort kjøkken, stue, spisebord, tv-område, soverom med dobbeltseng, og stort bad som er tilknyttet dette soverommet. Ute er det en svær terrasse med mye oppholdsplass, forskjellige sittegrupper, jacuzzi og bålpanne, og fin utsikt!

Are you looking for a quite and charming place to spend Your holiday, you`ve just found it:-) Please notice that the cabins's position on map doesn't match the correct location of the cabin. Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

Velkommen til oss! Nytt funkieshus fra 2024, med store vinduer, mye sol og nydelig utsikt over sjøen. Stue, spiseplass og kjøkken i ett rom, 1 bad med dusj og vaskemaskin, 2 soverom med 2 sengeplasser på hver. Håndklær (1 stort+1 lite) og sengetøy er inkludert i prisen, og sengene er oppredd ved ankomst. To parkeringsplasser. Det er stor terrasse mot vest, ellers er noe av uteområdet fortsatt under opparbeidelse.

Koselig tretopphytte i trærne på Harkmark til leie året rundt. Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.

Ta med hele familien til dette flotte stedet med mye plass til moro. Her kan du nyte gode dager med stor boltreplass, trampoline og motstrøms basseng i egen hage. Hoppepute, fotballbane og kaiområde for bading og fisking i gåavstand. Hytten ligger ca 30 min kjøring fra Mandal med shopping og spisesteder og ca 30 min kjøring fra Lyngdal med badestrand, shopping og "Sørlandsbadet" badeland.
