Developed/renovated cottage in a lovely spot in the south of Norway. Must row over a small water to get to the cabin, or walk through the forest (700 meters). Here you can swim, fish trout in the water or be lucky to see the osprey soaring over the water. Is eagle's nest not far from the cabin. Simply a magical place on the waterfront. The sleeping quarters have windows so you can see out in nature when you are in bed. Warranty for relaxation! We are thinking about renting to housekeepers a few weekends a year and a few weeks in the summer.

Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

You're going to have a great stay at this place. Right next to the salmon river Lygna. Next to the main road. Snartemo train station nearby. Small private beach by the river. To National Trout Centre-Kvåsfossen: 5 km, 5 min drive by car. The zoo in Kristiansand is less than 1 hour and 24 minutes away - perfect for family outings. With just a 20-minute drive to Lyngdal and Sørlandsbadet, you've got everything within easy reach. There are good fishing opportunities in the river in the area, with a valid fishing license.

Welcome to us! Funkieshus from 2024, with large windows, lots of sun and a beautiful view of the sea. Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels and beds are included in the price and beds are made on arrival. Parking inside the garage and in front of the garage door. There is a large terrace facing west, and paving stones around the house again at the entrance area. Part of the outdoor area is still under construction.
