Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Funky Lutana Studio + Courtyard

The studio was built in 2018 to be a comfortable haven for your nipaluna/Hobart explorations. Formerly a large garage, we enlisted clever local architects to maximise the space. We’ve sourced quality furniture, linen, appliances and a super comfy bed. A 7 min drive to the CBD, 10 to MONA, buses are limited so a car is recommended. Ubers to the city are $10-15. A riverside park is 3min away for a morning jog. We welcome all kinds of people and love to provide a place you’ll love!

The Gardener’s Cottage – Heritage Hideaway Glebe

Tucked into Corinda’s magnificent gardens, The Gardener’s Cottage is a split-level heritage retreat full of charm. Relax by the cozy wood-burning fireplace, dine in the open-plan area with French doors to your private garden, or soak in the vintage bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. Upstairs, a bright bedroom with windows on three sides features a queen bed with polished paneled headboard. Blending history, comfort, and privacy, it’s a serene Hobart escape.
