Lakefront log cabin

An atmospheric log cabin in peace. The cottage has no running water or electricity, so you can get a genuine break from everyday life. The cabin is equipped with a gas-powered refrigerator and stove, as well as a generator that makes it easy to get water for the sauna. The cottage is in good condition and there is a recently built shed next to it, with a composting toilet inside. The cottage has excellent opportunities for swimming, sauna, barbecuing, berry picking and mushroom picking. Relax with a larger group at this peaceful place to stay.

Kaislan Tila

Kaislan Tila is located in the countryside, 22km north of Mikkeli. We live in the main building of the farm and there is a 65m2 separate apartment in the yard. The farm has animals and is surrounded by thousands of lakes in Eastern Finland and forest areas rich in natural resources. The nearby lake offers recreational opportunities, fishing, swimming, boating, etc. In the woods, you can ski, pick berries, pick mushrooms and just enjoy the peace and quiet. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, skiing and skating, weather permitting.

Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

An atmospheric sauna ensures relaxing steam, at the end of which the lake water refreshes both the mind and the soul. Here you will not run into neighbors. Only occasional fishermen may flag from afar past the beach.

This wonderful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north from Mikkeli. The cabin, finished in 2014, invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Finnish nature. It's cosy and decorated with high-class natural materials and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped with a modern, compact open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, loft room with a king size bed, an inviting living room and dining area, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace.

A modest dry land cottage welcomes small groups to the peace of nature. Quiet location, nearest neighbor about 0.5 km away. The cottage has basic amenities such as a dishwasher and a washing machine. The cottage comfortably accommodates 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. It is possible to get more beds on the mattresses. The child-friendly beach is located about 5 km from the cottage. Pets are also allowed to swim at the beach. Pets welcome.

The apartment with a lake view is located right in the middle of Pieksamaae. Within approximately 100m you will find the Tourist Center, Grocery Store, Waterfront, Electric Car Charger Station, and Trail around the lake. The cultural center of Poleen is a 5-minute walk. The water sharing route is a few miles away. The apartment price includes linens made up on beds, towels, and breakfast essentials (organic coffee and tea, and oatmeal).

Villa Freedom to welcome you to Mikkel in the beautiful part of Kirjala, near the center. Easy to relax and enjoy at this unique and peaceful space. The centre of Mikkeli is about a kilometre away, and the university of applied sciences, for example, is only a few hundred metres away.
