The space
A modern five-bedroom villa that blends minimalist architecture with luxurious comfort.

The villa’s full-width terrace, expansive hardwood decking, and infinity pool all face south towards the shimmering bay of Es Torrent.

Inside, crisp white stone floors and vast glass walls flood the space with natural light and connect every room to the sea view.

The main level features an open-plan designer kitchen and sociable dining area for ten. Multiple lounging zones surround a Bali limestone fireplace, offering both elegance and relaxation.

All five bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and stylish fittings. One bedroom is part of a self-contained guest or staff apartment with private entrance and courtyard.

The master suite commands the entire top floor, complete with a private terrace and panoramic views across to Formentera.

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and gated parking.

The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.

To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.

Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.
