This sleek, contemporary villa, designed by award-winning architect Jano Blanco, is nestled high above San José amid pine woodland, offering breathtaking south-facing sea views across the Mediterranean. The property perfectly blends minimalism with cutting-edge technology and luxurious comfort.

Guests can dine alfresco on the upper terrace at a table for ten, or retreat a level down to a sheltered lounge area beside the impressive 20 m pool—an ideal setting for relaxation or sunset drinks.

Vast sliding glass doors open onto the upper terrace from the spacious interiors. Inside, a large lounge, thoughtfully positioned to maximise the views, flows into a gleaming white, fully equipped kitchen. Sharp designer fittings and high-tech touches throughout include central heating, air conditioning, a Paradox security system, indoor and outdoor home-theatre, and high-speed WiFi.

All five double bedrooms have king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, private terraces with sea views, and refined designer furnishings—offering a uniform standard of luxury and style across the property.
