The space
This charming Mediterranean villa offers a private and peaceful setting with excellent access to Ibiza’s popular west coast beaches. Thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and socialising, the villa is well-suited for families or couples seeking comfort, convenience, and authentic Ibizan character.
Set within palm-filled gardens, the villa’s outdoor areas form a welcoming retreat around a central 10m x 5m swimming pool, which can be heated at an additional cost. A wide daybed beside the pool provides a perfect sunspot, while the surrounding terraces offer a mix of sun and shaded spaces throughout the day. Bougainvillea-covered pergolas, grassy lawns, and a fish pond add charm to the landscaped grounds, giving a strong sense of privacy despite the villa’s close proximity to nearby amenities.
There are several outdoor dining and lounging options: one covered terrace seats six for poolside meals, while another shaded area accommodates up to twelve, with soft seating and high traditional wooden rafters creating a relaxed, elegant setting for larger groups.

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, the infinity pool, gardens, private terraces, and parking.
Other things to note
The lead guest will be required to provide a copy of their passport at the time of booking, along with the completion of our Guest Information Form.
To comply with the legal requirements for All Spanish Tourist Accommodations (Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021), each guest who is of the age 14 or over will be requested to complete a Guest Traveller Form. Adults can complete this on behalf of a traveling child between 14 to 18, but must provide their relationship to the child. Check-in to the property may be declined if the requested information is not provided prior to arrival.
Please note that check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance. The exact villa address will be shared 48 hours before arrival for security reasons.
