The space
Perched on a seaside hill, Villa Elyzeum captures stunning views of the Mediterranean. Located in the vicinity of two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and walking distance from the beach, this modern luxury rental is surrounded by some of Croatia's most incredible natural and historical features. With accommodations for ten, Villa Elyzeum is perfect for a family vacation, retreat with colleagues, or a vacation with a group of friends.
Although the area is known for historical sites, Villa Elyzeum is modern, luxurious, and extremely stylish. The open-concept main room is a great social space, with seating for the whole group. The ocean-facing wall consists mainly of glass openings to the terrace, which acts as an extension of the living room. Designer furniture, high-end electronics, and sleek contemporary fixtures decorate the common areas. The kitchen has a vibe all its own, with state of the art appliances integrated into the beautiful wood cabinetry.
Less than a minutes walk from the Mediterranean Sea, Elyzeum's gorgeous terrace awaits. With an infinity pool, alfresco shower, dining for eight, and plenty of sun loungers, you'll love gazing upon the ocean view from this relaxing oasis. Inside, the fully-equipped kitchen will make meal prep a breeze. There's a formal dining area for eight and espresso machine as well. The villa also comes outfitted with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and an elevator.
Protected by UNESCO, Croatia villages Trogir and Split are two outstanding historical sites featuring ancient architecture dating back to the fourth century. Trogir, the closer of the two, is known for its mixture of Romanesque, baroque, and Renaissance buildings. The village inhabits a small island connected to the mainland by a bridge. Split is a little further, about thirty-kilometers, and resides on Croatia's Dalmatian Coast. Famous for its beaches, bars, cafes, and restaurants, all within white stone walls erected by the Roman Emperor, Split's Diocletian's Palace is an amazing place to spend an afternoon.
