"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a small child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between 8 and 23 August.

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Located in the very pretty village of Bréhémont, on the road to "La Loire à vélo", the Gîte de La Méliromarine, is open year-round for tourist stays as well as professional (15 km from Oats). Our Gîte is suitable for couples and families with children for a holiday in the countryside, as well as professional travelers looking for a place to live perfectly set up to enjoy their evenings and weekends in a different way.

Comfortable gîte located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. In winter, the pool is not available. Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The cottage is inside the property but completely independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbours opposite and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. You can enjoy the pool according to the weather conditions. We provide linen: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a dead end with no traffic. Great for rest!
