Novi apartman na 3. katu novoizgrađene zgrade 2024. god. modernog interijera, te opremljen sa svim potrebnim za ugodan boravak do 4 osobe: 2 x TV, wi-fi, perilica za suđe, frižider, pečnica, napa, posuđe & beštek, klima, posteljina, ručnici, pegla, sušilo za kosu, sef, protuprovalna vrata, interfon, lift... Self check in. Privatni parking nalazi se u dvorištu zgrade.

The apartment is located in the very center of the city. Close to Brod Fortress, Korzo, promenade along the Sava River. It consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with large and small household appliances, Wi-Fi and two TVs. Guests have access to complete dishes, bed linen, towels, basic hygiene supplies and a safe.

Comfortable apartment near the City Center

Comfortable and clean apartment with a lot of parking space (which costs 1.5 euro per day) , situated in a nice neighborhood, just about 800m from the very heart of the City and about 150m from the biggest Park in the City. Near the flat is Market (0-24h ) and Gas Station (0-24h). My desire is to make every guest feel at home with us and enjoy Banja Luka as much as possible!
