If you want to feel the province atmosphere, this is it! The little neighborhood has everything you need, the cottage was comfortable, and it was so nice to get away from the city. Host communication was great. Once you get close to the location, just ask someone and they will help you get there. Excellent experience to enjoy the nearby river and mountain!

Great Host! Very Accomodating and prompt in all our queries. He even allowed our pet dog YOBRO to stay in the unit❤️ thank you! The unit is clean and the aircon is well maintained that we had second thoughts of going out of the room or just eat and sleep the whole day☺️. Minor problem on the comfort room though… when you take a bath, the water doesn’t flow instantly in the drainage? But this is bearable… no big deal. Actually it is our 3rd time in PICO and we always enjoy staying here. However, the food in the restaurants were so, so…. Maybe it’s the wrong choice of resto? Can you suggest the best restaurants there? I forgot to ask the host. Anyway, we enjoyed the pool at the country club, the beach was also okay ( super init lang talaga) and our bowling time was the best! In general, the stay was okay and enjoyable. The unit is very spacious and clean. The host is helpful but responded a bit slow but people around the building are very helpful. The view from the balcony is really nice. My family enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful place to have your entire family clan come here. You will have the entire place to yourselves. There is a hike to the beach, but be forewarned that the climb back up is steep but fun. We stayed here for two night, 3 days, and we walked down to the beach four times; check the tide charts for Daraga to determine low tide for maximum fun. Chris is a wealth of knowledge, and I was astounded to learn that the pillow rocks originated from Papua New Guinea; and we know this through paleo magnetism (I am old and this is the first time I have heard of this and it's a real thing). One thing that you may find out for yourselves is that the owners are invested in the local community. They are about helping others and that is good enough reason to stay here - support the local kids. We had a great time, so thank you Chris & Glenda, and the entire staff who took care of us.

first time in baler and we choose the right place to stay since it is perfect for what we had in mind. walking by the bay is fun and if you love medium sized and tolerable waves, there is a nearby spot to sit and enjoy the flow of each incoming wave. it also has an infinity pool which is great if youre done with the beach. lastly, the service of the staff and host was well done!

3rd time staying at the casa suarez compound, still worth it and super affordable.

What we enjoyed most about our stay was the fact that it is pet friendly. We appreciate the hosts' thoughtfulness in providing pet supplies. They also promptly addressed our requests. It was a great and quiet place to stay, with many of surrounding restaurants. I simply wish the entire area could be finished soon, with more snap-worthy spots inside.

Kenneth was a very kind and responsive host :) The place was so peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of Mt Arayat. Going there has an off road portion so be prepared to bring a good car that can handle off roading. The room is so nice and homey plus the TV works really well. The only suggestion I’d leave is to clean the aircon because it was really dusty when we were there.
