Only 1.5 hours drive from Berlin can be found in the Uckermark Weite, water and beautiful nature. Surrounded by forest, lake and field landscape, this Dreiseitenhof near the Martian Ice Age road has recently been extensively renovated. The farmhouse has a secluded location and is accessible via avenue. On the grounds, the Feldstein walls of an old stable have been preserved as a picturesque ruin. 2 swimming lakes are within walking distance. Those who appreciate nature and tranquility will love it here!

Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Our lovingly converted construction trailer is located directly on the Havel near Rathenow. As a family, we are expanding a historic three-sided farm into a regional farm, soon with vacation rentals, farm shop, farm café, event location and co-working space. On the site of a former brick factory, the “Albertinenhof” is to be a place for recreation, nature experience and education. Our boathouse on the shore of Lake Schillersee is the perfect place to spend a break in the middle of nature. Hidden in the woods of Mecklenburg Switzerland, here is a unique place for those who want to experience nature up close. Rowing over the lake, fishing, swimming, hiking through the forest, cycling, reading or writing a book on the jetty, listening to the Schilfrau, just enjoy the time and discover the nature and wildlife of Mecklenburg. ---

Staying by the lake

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and you can have breakfast and barbecue on the large outdoor terrace.
