Holiday rentals with beach access in Lymington

We had a perfect short break and could chill inside the apartment, on the patio area and explore on foot from the property enjoying walks by the sea and restaurants in the evening. All enhanced by wonderful weather!

We absolutely loved David’s place. It’s located 5 min walk from the Ventnor beach and has a beautiful view on the sea. David was also very helpful and communicative when we needed something. We would definitely come back - thank you!

Excellent accommodation and exactly what we needed to be in the centre of Shanklin. Terry the owner was an excellent host and always contactable via email. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Isle of Wight.

Absolutely beautiful flat. It was clean and we loved the thought that went into the decor. And there was enough toilet roll! 😆 The hosts were very responsive and amenable. The bar opposite was a bit loud with music but it stopped at 12 and didn't bother us really. Thank you.

The apartment is modern, comfortable and well appointed with wonderful views of the coast and sea. It is a perfect base for exploring the local area with lovely walks on the doorstep. Brian is a lovely host, easy to communicate with and very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. Lovely flat with stunning sea view if there are no big cars parking. Tara was an absolute great host and decorated her flat with contemporary and worthy furniture. All rooms were spotlessly clean and well equiped. We highly appreaciated that even accessories like kitchen equiment or toilet paper have been provided. Even if the flat is close to the beach and the town centre of Boscombe, it is really quite and private. Parking at the street was easily possible. Thank you for all the kind messages and useful information. We will definitely come back :)

We had a lovely weekend! Perfect location for walking to the beach and had an extremely relaxing time!

We stayed here for a hen party and my expectations were well passed! The place felt so homely and welcoming and was beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a big highlight and felt so clean! The hosts were easy to contact and made it a very easy booking and stay. Thank you so much, we had a fab time and the bride is so happy!!!

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

A stunning location. Beach just the other side of the road. The full length glass windows made a spectacular view dawn to dusk.

Slight concern about parking but easy to unload by front door. Then spaces to park on Durlston Road and in evening there were spaces by front door :-)) moved cars down did not need to move them again so easy departure.

We had a wonderful weekend at Stable Cottage and can’t wait to book again. All the thoughtful touches, from the history of the house on the info sheets to the fresh garden flowers, made our stay hit beyond our expectations - especially for the price point. Direct access to the beach, (constant) use of the tennis courts/walled garden, enjoying the ducklings on the pond and deer in the forest just made this a very special weekend. Great location for coastal and forest walks rounded off by relaxing in the beautiful living room by the fire, watching films and playing games. We loved every minute.

We loved staying in Sian’s beautiful home-from-home. We had everything we needed and more. Lots of space and light with comfy beds & seating areas. A peaceful sun-trap outside. Close to the beach, and an easy seafront walk to town. We’d love to come back soon!

Steven's apartment was truly great and as described. There was everything you needed for a home meal, and instructions were perfectly clear, which made our arrival and check out hassle free. Overall spotlessly clean. The location was a plus! Would definitely book again! :)

Wonderful place to stay. The apartment is fully equipped and decorated fantastically. Location really good for the beach and shops as well.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of 4 with a teenager and 10 year old. The communication prior to our arrival was very clear and timely. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location, just minutes from the beach. We kept commenting throughout that David and Liz have considered absolutely everything their guests would need and require during the stay. It was spotless and very well kept, we will certainly be back!

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.

Great place to base ourselves to explore Bournemouth for a couple of days. Great communication with hosts thank you for a lovely stay.
