Upstairs are two bedrooms (one bed for two guests, and one bed for 1 guest), a bathroom and downstairs is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, conservatory and small enclosed private garden that can be securely locked, It's a short drive or twenty minutes walk from the centre of Lymington, the walk is fairly flat but bear in mind the high street is on a hill.

Free unlimited parking a few minutes walk away.The high street is 5 mins walk , lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and a museum. There is a very popular market on Saturdays. At the bottom of the high street is the stunning Lymington quay on the cobbles, a popular place for a coffee or grab a local boat trip. Nearby there are beautiful walks and a marina. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Little Whitehaven is a lovely one bedroom house, perfect for couples, with free private parking directly next to the house & just a short ten minute walk into town. Bustling with shops, restaurants, cafes, and a museum. Saturdays we have a fabulous, large street market. At the bottom of town are the cobbles and Quay, a popular place to visit and enjoy locally made ice creams, tea, coffee, or the local wine bars, beautiful walks, and marinas. Just a few minutes walk to the ferry or train.

Peppercorn is an enchanting house that's just just been renovated and newly furnished, to a very high standard, and its only a 12 minute walk to the quay in Lymington. It has three floors and includes a relaxing sitting room with gas fire and a kitchen fully fitted and three comfortable luxurious bedrooms. .Theres also a small office on the top floor overlooking the back garden.
