Very well decorated cottage, with all necessary amenities. Town centre a short walk away, on a small road so very quiet. Stayed with our 2year old and it worked really well with the cot provided. Easy access with digital lock.

We had a fabulous few days at Roy’s loft apartment. It’s exactly as described and Roy and Sarah really went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing stay. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Clear instructions were provided for everything. We especially loved watching the birds in the garden, from the breakfast bar. The location is in a quiet residential area, but perfect for visiting the local and surrounding areas each day. Also lots of walks from the apartment itself. The only downside was that we didn’t have longer! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Roy and Sarah.

We enjoyed our stay at Flint cottage. Littlehampton is a lovely town and the cottage is near the beach. Ed and Tess made us feel very welcome. Their swift response to our questions made our stay very comfortable. Brighton is 50 minutes away. There are many nice walks in the area. If you don't mind driving a bit longer you can visit the "seven sisters" as well. The famous chalk cliffs that form part of the Sussex Heritage Coast. We would recommend to stay at Flint cottage!

We had a delightful two-night stay at this charming Airbnb, nestled in a quiet location with stunning views. The serene environment was perfect for our family, and the kids enjoyed exploring the outdoors while taking in the scenery. It was very convenient for us near both Arundel and Worthing, making it easy for us to visit family during our trip. The converted barn exceeded our expectations with its beautiful decor and thoughtful attention to detail. From the exquisite wooden beams to the carefully chosen fixtures, every feature of the space was impressive. A particularly lovely touch was the inclusion of sleep masks, which was appreciated as two of the skylight windows didn’t have blinds. Although the kids weren’t keen on using them, it truly reflects the considerate hospitality of our hosts. Overall, our stay was memorable, and we would highly recommend this lovely retreat for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway for couples or with the family. Thank you ☺️
