Monthly Rentals in Lympstone

Had a wonderful stay at Nancy's cottage in Lympstone. The location is perfect for estuary walks up to Topsham or down to Exmouth. We also hopped on the train for a day out to Dawlish. The cottage was very clean and very comfortable and great little pub next door. The cottage was available for slightly earlier check in which was appreciated along with the welcome goodies. Would recommend

An absolutely stunning property. Julie-Ann and Rich were incredibly welcoming hosts and there were lots of lovely little touches such as the breakfast goodies. The kitchen was superbly equipped and the whole property was very spacious. The linens and towels were really high quality and the beds were super comfortable. The views are incredible and it’s all very peaceful and relaxing. Being there at Christmas was very special with beautiful decorations and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly responsive and caring hosts; a very lovely stay in a very lovely home.

A beautiful little Gem situated in lovely Lympstone. The location is perfect with a 2 minute walk to the train station with great connections to Exeter and Exmouth. The swan pub is less than a minutes walk and serves a great pint and lunch was 10/10. The property is of a high standard and has everything you need for a your stay, the bed is super comfy and the Shower lovely and hot. Cant wait to return

A beautiful little cottage, perfect for our weekend getaway. Great location, spotlessly clean and cosy. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.
