Nice townhouse with 4 rooms

Nice place with room for fun and trouble. There are 4 rooms (one without bed), 1 large bathroom and 1 toilet. There is a nice little garden with trampoline, gas grill and garden table, sofa and chairs. There is an open kitchen, living room, living room. everything is in great condition and well decorated. However, the floor is a bit squeaky and the doors bind, as it's not a new house. But is nice and nice to be. You'll have the house alone, but when it's not rented out, I live here with my two children. There will therefore be private items in the home.

Lovely townhouse in Østerbro

Here is the opportunity to rent an entire house in Østerbro in peaceful and cozy surroundings. There are 136 sqm spread over three floors with four separate rooms. There are toilets on every floor. There is a patio both front and back of the house. Large 65 'TV in the living room Access to Disney + and Netflix. The house is close to the S-train (300 m) and metro (700 m), so you can be in the center of Copenhagen in under 15 minutes. Enjoy this modern beautiful Scandinavian style townhouse😊 It is centrally located with 3 mins walk from Islands Brygge Metro Station, 5 mins by metro to City Center. The house is right by the canal in an upscale, safe and cosy neighborhood called Islands Brygge, where enables you to see the water and green park (Amager fælled) just outside of your window. The townhouse is bright and spacious. And it takes merely 25 mins by metro to the Copenhagen airport. 😊 You will love this townhouse. Enjoy!

Cozy townhouse / townhouse near city center

Charmerende privat byhus/ rækkehus i 4 etager på 200 m2 med en lille hyggelig og baghave, hvor eftermiddags -og aftensol kan nydes. Huset er ideelt for både par og en lille familie. Det er en unik og funktionel bolig. God beliggenhed 5 km fra Centrum, kun 12 minutter med offentlig transport / S tog er 800 meter fra huset. Vores hus i Valby er ikke blot et sted at overnatte, men også et hjemligt udgangspunkt for at udforske København, omgivet af natur og med nem adgang til byens faciliteter.

The architect's own house

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Access to bikes (two) is included.

Wonderful location, well designed and newly decorated townhouse with children safe garden in front and back, playground 50 meters. Beautiful walking routes in nature , near the center of cosy Birkerød with a lot of cafes, shopping etc. Perfect for families, 2 bathrooms, plus extra toilet. Welcome to our lovely house in Lyngby. Close to nature and a short train ride from the city center, it’s a perfect base for families to explore the city. The surrounding area offers beautiful nature and possibilities for hiking and canoeing. The house sleeps up to 10 -12 guests in 5 bedrooms, one loft and a living room sleeping couch. There is also a cute garden and terrace, and the community playground is just out the back door.
