Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Restored older Sørland house with lots of charm! The house is located by itself in scenic surroundings, with direct access to several popular hiking trails. Access to private gapahuk a small walk away. At the same time, it is only 2 km to Lyngdal city center, the stadium, Sørlandsbadet and the beach on Rosfjord. Best suited for 5 people, but possibility of additional mattress. Contains: 1st floor - living room, dining room, kitchen with pantry, bathroom with shower, entrance and laundry room. 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms and hallway/mezzanine.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom that is associated with this bedroom. Outside there is a large terrace with a lot of space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Welcome to our brand new apartment, completed in May 2025, with a great location and amazing views of Rosfjord! This nice apartment is a short distance to everything Lyngdal has to offer. The apartment is 34m2 and has a lovely terrace of 13m2. Inside you will find a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom and an open living room/kitchen solution that is perfect for both relaxation and cooking. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels. Guests can clean up after themselves, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged

Beautiful, central, sophisticated apartment!

Central and cozy place suitable for most people. A large bedroom with a 150 cm bed for 2 people, a small bedroom with a 90 cm bed that can also be used as an office. In addition, there is a sofa bed with a mattress topper that can accommodate 2 people for an additional fee of NOK 250 each. There is also an extra possibility for another guest who wants to sleep on the floor for an additional fee. Nice hostess! Quiet and friendly area with proximity to all amenities and nature. Holiday and work paradise!

Idyllic cottage by the lake with a stunning view!

Welcome to sunny and idyllic "Knatten" An architect-designed cabin in a secluded location by the lake with beautiful views over Egelandsfjorden with great fishing and swimming opportunities. The cabin is fully furnished and contains most of what you need to have a great stay including a Weber gas grill on the sunny terrace. 2 bedrooms in total with beds for 7 people+ (possibility of extra mattresses). Cozy annex with bedroom and master bedroom with double bed and loft bed in the cabin.

Modern cabin with good sun conditions. High standard, child-friendly and located only 500 meters from the beach and jetty. Seats for approx. 10-12 people, and several nice outdoor areas. On the fire pit you can cook barbecue food or use as a cozy place on late evenings. Many nice activities in the nearby area - trips, fishing from the jetty, swimming, campfire on the nearby island. Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to the Zoo (Kristiansand).

Cottage/small cabin in Lyngdal

Get away from the hectic everyday life and live under the stars. A unique small one-room cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook. Cooktop connected to gas. Access to water in water tanks. The outdoor toilet is about 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to provide yourself with firewood during your stay. Tenants receive directions to the cabin. It is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the cabin.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
