Monthly Rentals in Lyon County

This was our third and longest stay at Ram's beautiful house. We were here to work on a property clean up and hold a memorial and it was so nice to come "home" at night. The house is nicely stocked so we are able to cook meals instead of eat out every day. Due to us doing a clean up, we had to use the washer and dryer every day and it was so nice to not go home with a bunch of dirty clothes. It was super relaxing every evening where we could unwind after a whirlwind of a day and we were able to have family over for a nice breakfast around a very nice dining table. The house is warm and welcoming and I highly recommend staying here if you have to stay in Dayton. The location is perfect access to everything. The neighbors are friendly and it's great to see kids out riding dirt bikes and having fun.

sean was the most outstanding and friendly host i have ever had! the soace was clean the bathroom was huge! it was very homey and had lots of history to learn about the area . hada super fun game! and lots of sleeping arrangement options. he came and greeted us in the morning and was so friendly i will definitely stay here again!

Garrett was a very responsive and kind host. I was in town for work with my coworker and we had a very pleasant stay. We could walk to the restaurants on the little Main Street easily from the home, which was very convenient. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. Very cute decor!
