Or head south and in 30 minutes (35 km) you’re in lively Maastricht, full of fun bars and nice restaurants. Mijn huis ligt lekker centraal – je bent in 15 minuten (13 km) in Roermond, waar je heerlijk kunt shoppen in het populaire Designer Outlet. Rijd je naar het zuiden, dan sta je in een half uurtje (35 km) in het gezellige Maastricht vol leuke bars en restaurants.

Walkers and cyclists have plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beautiful, green surroundings. Both the Pieterpad and the Pilgrim's Path run through the territory of Echt-Susteren. Echt is also perfect for visiting the beautiful cities of Roermond and Maastricht, the cozy Belgian Maaseik and the Maasplassen.

There are numerous opportunities for hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. For cycling enthusiasts, there is the junction route that is located right next to the house. Designer Outlet Roermond is 20 km away. A visit to Thorn is also absolutely worth it and of course not to forget Maastricht, 40 km away.

This house provides a wonderful holiday feeling due to its beautiful location by the water, on the Maasplassen and almost against the center of the atmospheric fortified town of Stevensweert. The house was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the holiday park Porte Isola, and in the nearby area, you can enjoy hiking and biking. And of course a paradise for water sports enthusiasts with a boat rental in the park.
