This is my second time staying with Brandon, as his service is simply the best. He’s always responsive and helpful. The place is clean, centrally located and has a helpful security guard. If you’re trying to do work, the apartment comes with a monitor and keyboard so you can hook up your equipment to it. Having warm water is a must for me and this place has plenty of it. I don’t even bother looking for another place to stay. This is the place!

A very good place to stay in Bogotá, an excellent sector with restaurants and markets nearby. The property is beautiful and well distributed, it is also quite comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The property managers are very friendly and willing to make additional accommodations. Will definitely stay again.

Second time staying. Super pleased with everything, the building has amazing amenities. Security is top notch. The apt has everything you need, hot water, towels, cooking supplies (pots pans, coffee maker, seasonings). Also if you want to cook you have everything you need right next door. You can also opt to have food delivered and it’s received by the building staff as well. Location is amazing. Highly recommended. Deisy is a great host and is only a message away.

The apartment is exactly the same as in the pictures !! Located in a beautiful area of Bogota, close to restaurants, the Movistar Arena and the Nemesio Camacho Stadium. Felipe is super friendly, accessible and took time to explain where everything was inside the apartment. I recommend it too much, I would stay here again without hesitation

Great apartment - spacious airy and nicely laid out. Wonderful location - Neighborhood has everything from high end restaurants to grocery stores to local hang outs. Easy bus/uber to other areas (and is right near expected metro stop) Camila and her day to day point person Alejandro quickly responsive to all queries and questions.

Due to work we stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks: we can only warmly recommend it: the neighbourhood is safe and restaurants, bars and supermarkets are just around the corner. First of all the apartment is equipped with everything necessary even for a long stay, it is very quiet and there is plenty of room and space. It is even perfect for working, the internet works without problems. No matter what you need, Señor Leo is there to help you..

Nick was a great host from the very beginning. Made sure everything was clear and ready for my check in and made sure to open a path of communication so my stay was always tended to. I truly recommend the place, it is spacious, clean and close to everything. Two Thumbs up!

The apartment is spacious, clean, secure, comfortable, and well situated in Bogotá. Supermarkets, restaurants, parks, cafés, transportation, and much more are all within walking distance. My stay was fabulous, my family and I felt right at home, the apartment is very nice, organized and is located in a fairly central area with access to many things. Mrs. Martha is very friendly and helpful. The day we checked in, we had a flight delay, so we arrived a little late, but she patiently waited for us. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone planning to go to Chía.

We were in Bogotá for a week so my husband could have a minor back surgery. The location of the apartment was ideal for medical visits and proximity to the Unicentro mall plus smaller, local vendors. The apartment itself was absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our teenage son enjoyed the nearby neighbourhood basketball court. Everyone in the building was helpful and kind. Thanks for making my family feel safe and cozy.

I had a great stay! The apartment is clean with lots of natural light. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook and the overall feel of the apartment was very comfy. The only downside is that Calle 134 is busy - less so at night, but definitely noisy during the daytime. Overall recommend it!
