Parking and garage inside the property for exclusive use. For guests who own trailerable boats, a slipway for hauling and launching along the coast is accessible just 300 meters away. While, inside the property it is possible to park, in addition to the car, also the trolley for the entire duration of the stay (on request also in winter periods).

You have a view of the mountains and a glimpse of the lake. The villa (max 9 people) consists of a spacious house (5 people) and a separate smaller apartment (4 people). Il Nido is a structure made entirely of natural wood, 20 square meters, designed specifically for 2 people and equipped with all comforts. It is perched on the rock, with a small solarium garden, and to live a unique experience, it also has an outdoor jacuzzi tub with water that you will have to heat with the special wood stove, NOT AVAILABLE HOWEVER FROM 12 JANUARY TO 10 FEBRUARY. From every corner you have a wonderful view of Lake Como and the mountains that surround it.
