The property is located 25 minutes from the Omaha metro area as well as less than 10 minutes from the Wabash Trace, a bike trail that travels through Mills County.

This is a four bedroom home. Three of the rooms have a queen bed, and the fourth room has a twin bed. Every room has a tv. The living room has a hide-a-bed sofa for extra places to sleep. Art Church Iowa is a re-purposed/desanctified 153 year old Presbyterian Church. Its last religious service was in 1969. Artist Zack Jones purchased the building in 2012 from the Historical Society. Zack originally lived in the downstairs while using the upstairs as a studio space. Zack encourages guests to look upstairs during daylight and also night time as the space changes. There is a bike path at the end of the driveway and only a 7 min drive to Eppley Airfield.

COME STAY AND PLAY Pierce Crossing is a quiet secluded getaway just outside of Malvern, Iowa. This quaint guest house is decorated in fifties farmhouse decor and a great place to relax, rejuvenate and reminisce. Small animals are welcome, and there are walking trails and Silver River access on the property. The house is located only a few minutes from the Wabash Trace trail and is biking friendly!

Malvern Depot

A railroad depot renovated into a bunkhouse located midway on the Wabash Trace Nature Trail. It includes 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. A/C & heat, coffee maker, dorm fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Linens and towels provided. One queen bed, the other twin bunk beds. The Futon in the living area folds out. Conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown. No pets please.
