First, thank you to the owner Quitéria, an amazing and super helpful person, easy to communicate. From booking to the moment of checkout, helpful and concerned about guests. The house exceeded all expectations, from the integrated rooms, to the rooms, all impeccable. Excellent structure, modernity, and comfort makes this home, unique ! The helpers of the house, thank you very much, you were essential for our comfort and well-being. Wonderful food, very well prepared and with an unmistakable northeastern flavor. ( a note: the services are included, however, the purchases are separate. The team of helpers is available to do the shopping/ or if they prefer, they can also go to the market) The condominium very well cleaned and safe. The beach in front of the condominium, although wonderful, is not the best for bathing,but the bathing ones were very close ( 2 km ) so we enjoyed these unforgettable days! I highly recommend it, and we'll be back soon.

an excellent location, farm experience in a beach spot. cozy house with complete structure and utensils. great location and comfort for the fun of a family, accommodates very well with its spaces and options of utensils. the breakfast is surreal and something I have never seen in my stay on Airbnb. the only point of improvement is to be careful in cleaning the air conditioning and use more anti-milphos in the rooms. but in the rest it was a great experience.

It really is the dream house and Andre is an exemplary and very helpful host. The house is worthy of all the praise. The access to the beach is by the gated condominium itself. The beach at the front is super quiet, ideal for children. I felt safe in the condominium, with 24h concierge and cameras. The items in the house are of quality, especially the bed and bath games. I recommend to everyone looking for a comfortable, spacious and beautiful place to rest after a day of beach.

The house is excellent. Espaçosa, organized, with all the utensils you may need for a pleasant stay. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. The pool is a good size and the housekeeper does the cleaning every day. There is a very nice backyard and garden space, with trees to shade. In the condominium also has a very cool swimming pool. We like it all, especially the tranquility of the place. Seu Hélio is extremely friendly, treated us as friends, responded quickly and gave us several tips for tours in the area. I hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay. My family and I loved it. Elaine, who is the girl who took care of the house and our meals, is a cheerful, proactive and polite person, in addition to being a great cook. The house is beautiful, and the place is quiet and beautiful.

The apartment is extremely clean and organized. It has everything to make your stay peaceful and comfortable. I saw that you will put air conditioning in the room...it will be sensational! The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable...maybe leaving a single mattress available would be better. The region is excellent, very close to the best location on Ponta Verde beach. The apartment is exactly as he described, airy, fresh and comfortable. Kitchen with everything you need and the best is the sea view. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, I highly recommend.
