It is also at home in nature: monstera, pothos and flowering plants create a serene and fragrant atmosphere. It's one of those places where time slows down on its own.

It is located on the ground floor, overlooking a large lawn with a view of the green hills. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, two electric hobs and a microwave. RosaClara Casetta

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

Chalet Fiastra

Maison en Pierre is located in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. The property covers 140 square metres and is situated above Lake Fiastra. The stone farmhouse dates back to the 1500s and features an outdoor relaxation area in the garden with a hot tub and sauna, all of which are environmentally sustainable. Guests have exclusive use of the property. There is a surcharge of €15 per night for the firewood provided and €15 per night for each dog.
