Old Wine Villa

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

I am Nelly and I love to meet new cultures and people. In the house there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a balcony at your disposal. The balcony is ideal to have a meal or a drink enjoying the sea view. On the ground floor there is a dining and sitting room and a big kitchen and a garden at your disposal. In 5 min on foot you are in the beach, markets, restaurants, bus and shops. In 5 min by car you are at the Airport, 20 min from Funchal and 10 m from the north

Magnificent beach house, located on the green north coast of Madeira Island, more specifically in the city of São Vicente, recently restored, has a beach right in front of you with a very blue sea. The beach has access to the sea, has a solarium area and showers. Space with excellent sun exposure with peaceful and stunning views over the sea, mountains, and cities of Câmara de Lobos and Funchal. It is located on the third floor of a house and has private access. It has three rooms, a bathroom, and an open space with a living room, kitchen, and dining space. The entrance allows the placement of a sun lounger to benefit from the sun and the superb view over the sea and the mountain.
