Great stay, perfect spot to have quick access to the lake if you brought a boat. House was clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. We had a great time, and will be making this our go to place for our annual trip.

Philips place was awesome! Would definitely stay here again, everything was clean, and location was great. Especially loved that Philip had vacuums available to clean up pet hair as I had brought my dog. Would stay again!

We had three trucks/boats that stayed at the house. We had plenty of parking, delivery food, and places to sleep for the 6 of us. If you’re coming up with a boat I highly recommend staying here! The apartment was a great value – clean, modern, and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet, even within an apartment building. The check-in process could have been smoother, and the kitchen amenities were a bit sparse (no toaster, for example), but overall, it was a solid stay and met our needs.

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

The place was spacious and had lots of fun games available. The little theater room was great and even had a game console with games available to use. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with nice extra amenities (popcorn, snacks and a full bathroom kit in case you need it). Definitely plan on booking this place again when the pool opens!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible vacation getaway, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we booked, the host's communication was top-notch, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The property itself is a gem. There are plenty of garage and parking spaces, which made it super convenient for our group. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall charm of our stay. One of the highlights was having the lake canal water access. Also there was a new propane grill and fryer provided and the fish cleaning table was very convenientfor our group of fisherman. The decor of the home is stunning, with a beautiful beach feel that instantly put us in vacation mode. The amenities exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was provided, and then some! From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, every detail was thoughtfully considered. Overall, this Airbnb fit all of our needs.

Great place to stay! Quiet with a nice long driveway for us to be able to keep the boat hooked up. Very quiet street and great neighborhood! Very clean and awesome entertainment space downstairs! Would definitely stay again!
