Immersed in a garden full of olive and fruit trees, the house is part of a small residence, the "Cala Viola" farm, with 7 independent houses. The house is on the ground floor and has two outdoor verandas overlooking the garden, where you can dine while enjoying the tranquility of the place, and you might even spot some fallow deer in the distance! My place is 5 meters from the beach, the garden gate opens directly to the sea. In the garden there is a beach with deck chairs and umbrellas, barbecue, shower, beautiful panoramic views. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups and pets. It is super equipped, all comforts, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven. COD IUN P3154. For the Security Decree, each guest must present an ID upon arrival.
