The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces in order to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Light is everywhere

La casa gode di una vista spettacolare sui Bastioni e sul golfo di Capocaccia. Situato al 3 piano l'appartamento è luminosissimo, dotato di ogni comfort, con un soggiorno/camera da pranzo con balcone che si affaccia sul mare e uno spazioso un angolo cottura con ripostiglio.
