Great place, beautiful view. Kitchen was well stocked and is a good stay for a long weekend. Easy to find and downtown Franklin has good restaurants and breweries. Plenty of trails nearby

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Appreciated the small refrigerator and Keurig with pods. Clean bathroom with an exhaust fan. Plenty of closet and dresser space. I was very appreciative for the make up desk and mirror. We were in Highlands for a wedding and it was so convenient to have a place to sit and get ready! We had our morning coffee on the outside patio looking at the mountains.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming little house! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space is thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both rooms are cozy and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep or just relaxing with a book. The living area and kitchen are well-equipped, and the natural light throughout the house creates such a peaceful atmosphere. It was the ideal place to unwind after exploring the area. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with a small family, this house is a little gem. I'd love to come back again soon!

Sunset and Chica were amazing hosts! They were friendly, informative, and extremely helpful as we were hiking the AT. Laundry facilities, loaner clothes, and shuttles into town were available. The shower was incredible. Can not overstate the hospitality shown to us. Highly recommend!

This was such a great place to stay! It was cozy, quiet and felt so peaceful! It was amazing! They had the lights on and make us feel right at home. It was great getting greeted by Beans. He made us laugh so hard this morning when he tried to steal from us. We had a great stay and hope to be welcomed back again!

Belinda and Ben were great host! The home met our needs as we were waiting to close on our home. The space worked well for my husband who was working remotely and also for the visiting grand kids. The home is simple bbut had everything we needed.

This was a last minute rental, our original plan fell through. Tanea responded almost immediately to our request and even gave us the option of checking in a bit early. We were looking for somewhere quiet with a view to sit outside and enjoy … that’s just what we found. The mountain view from the porch was beautiful and the grounds were well kept with a lovely flower garden. The place was clean and well equipped with what we needed for cooking and resting. Bed was comfortable and, importantly, the bath was clean and neat.

This house was perfect for our girls trip to the Highlands. It is so close to downtown but felt tucked away. The house was gorgeous and perfect for our group of 7. We will certainly be back!

Loved our stay! Traffic and road closures made us arrive after dark, so it was a little tricky finding the place—but the remoteness is part of its charm! The house was gorgeous and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Any extra supplies we were able to purchase at the grocery store in town. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone! Thank you, Debbie, for being such a wonderful host!

Easy check in. Hosts allowed early check-in because we arrived too early. Dog run available for use while we needed to get ready for different events. Well centered between Franklin and Sylva. Short drive to Georgia state line going South. Short ride to Waynesville going east. Follow hosts direction not to take Brendle to home. We have a 4WD Jeep and used it but would not recommend for small sedans or SUV’s/trucks. We also were able to get a delivery from Instacart for our groceries.

Absolutely wonderful! It was just my husband and I, but this place would be awesome for families or several couples. Lots of room, fun games, well stocked. The views are incredible - so peaceful and relaxing while staring at the mountains and the lake. Highly recommend!

I have never stayed at a more well stocked rental. If you forgot anything, no worries, she probably has it in the house! Joan left some very thoughtful, personal touches like having the heated blanket turned on for me when I arrived, a bowl of treats, etc. My favorite part is a tie between the gorgeous claw foot soaking tub which I used every night, and the beautiful view of the mountains from a large picture window. The location was really beautiful, and had a grocery store and multiple gas stations within a few miles of the house. The only thing that kept it from being perfect, was the spotty wifi, which is understandable in the mountains, but all the lighting was hooked to Google, so Google either didn't understand, or the wifi kept failing for the commands. It just seemed it took 5x as long to turn on a lamp, than simply turning the switch. I ended up unhooking the one in the bedroom during my stay. I would highly recommend this rental, and Joan is an amazing host.

Very peaceful and secluded, cozy cabin with beautiful views! It has everything you would need to spend time with your family and friends. Diana provides pretty detailed instructions how to get there - just follow them, look for the signs with a street name, and you’ll get there. I would recommend going there in 4x4 with a descent clearance. Another Airbnb gem in my favorites!

Kelli's place was such a treat. Our family had a wonderful time. I can not say enough wonderful things about the condo. Beautiful views, spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, etc.), and numerous extra touches that made for a very special family vacation. We are already planning a return trip. Ten stars for this wonderful home and ten more start for the spectacular owners. We miss Cashiers already, but we will be back soon to visit Kelli's place!

Great little cozy condo! Well appointed kitchen so we cooked a few meals. Great location that was close to town. Firewood was furnished by the owners. Would rent again!

Wonderful! The original place we booked was canceled due to frozen pipes, leaving us without a place to stay. Thankfully, we found this place and could not have been happier! Beautiful views, great deck, and overall a wonderful space! Also, Stewart was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
